Hello,

The cut off marks for Open Category under Uttar Pradesh State Quota was in the range  500-580 marks in 2018. The cut off marks change every year therefore, might increase as well as decrease depending on the number of candidates appearing for the exam, number of students in the state counselling process, number fo students having similar score and then percentile score, tie breaking criteria, etc. As your score of 496 is very close to the last year's cut off range, you might get admission into some of the government colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

There are only 2 colleges which had a cut off of less than 520 which are mentioned below.

1. U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Etawah

2. Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical College, Lucknow.

You can apply for admission in these colleges.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck.

Hi aspirants as per your marks in NEET 2019 , you have no chance of getting admission in medical college under All India quota and as you are from Uttarpradesh, your chance of getting a medical seat through state quota are also very low .
