Dear Joyitri, in 2018 under State Quota, 493 marks secured a seat in GMC, Khandwa under General Category. 561 marks secured a seat in MGM College under General Category.That was the cut off. With 544 marks, you might have a chance at:

GMC, Ratlam
GMC, Vidisha
GMC, Datia
Shyam Shah Medical College
Now this is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it has been speculated that the cut offs for Government Medical Colleges will be increased by 25 marks.

Hello dear student, the expected cut off for MGM college is 590 for the general category. Although you can try for government colleges in MP but chances are really less as the last seat is taken at 557 marks while for the BDS it is 533. Although these are the expected cut off marks . So I would suggest you to try for MBBS as marks fluctuates . And there is a probability that you get seat . Of not in MP then try for the other government College for MBBS .
