I don't feel like you need to drop as you have a secured a decent marks, with 570 marks you have good chance of getting a seat in government medical college, can you lemme know your state of domicile and your category so that I can tell you whether you will fetch a seat or not.

Hello , with your marks you can get following government medical colleges under state quota for obc category :-
BPS Government Medical College for Women, Sonepat
Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak

Hello neha,
You have scored decent marks.
You have not mentioned your category any where ,so i assume it be general.
With this much marks you have good chances of getting admission in government medical college .
If you have domicile of any state then you can easily get admission in a government medical college of that state through state quota.
If you are from a reserved category then its an icing on the cake.
