i scored 60% in 12th boards now want to do b.tech which college should you prefer for me.and i scored 17 marks in jee mains and 57 in bitsat

You have scored very low in these entrance exams....i suggest you should drop and prepare for improvement and well as for entrance exams also.

this is not good score to advise uh an college ..but as far I know uh should get at least 75 percentage to appear for bitsat ..uh should try for any govt college near by.!
