If you belong to the unreserved category, you won't be able to get into Ruia College with a score like this. If you belong to the reserved category, yes you can get Ruia College. For the unreserved category, the cut-off is usually quite high at Ruia College.

Yes you'll be able to get into Bhavans College with this score. With this score, you can also get into other top tier colleges such as Jai Hind, KC, Mithibai etc.
