As your mark is 65 in CEE 2019, and the cut-off mark of CEE --107 .

I' m Sorry to say that with the mark of 65 you may not able to get good colleges through CEE.

But you may apply for other good private colleges in India :-

..Amity university,Noida
..Amity university,Lucknow..
...VIT Chennai,
..SRM, Chennai.
..Rajeev Gandhi institute of technology,pune
.. sardar Patel Institute of Technology,pune
