You have not mentioned your category. With 70 percentile and general category it is difficult to get seat in top Institutes but you can get seat in state counselling of states like Punjab , Haryana, Uttarakhand .

For general category Jee main 2020 session 2 cut off is declared ,it is 90.3765335 .
