Jee Mains exam allows a candidate to apply for the seat selection method of state colleges and as well as for all National Institute of Technologies in our country.

You can get NIT's by giving JEE Mains and attain respective percentile.
So you can apply for seats in NIT's on Jossa with the percentile of JEE Mains.

Yes you are eligible for counselling but your allocation of seats will depend upon the rank you get .

Dear Aspirant ,

As you know that the general cut-off for JEE Mains is 90.37 percentile , but yours is 83.3 percentile . It means you have not cleared the cut-off . You cannot even give JEE Advance now.

To sit in JOSSA counselling the first priority is to clear the JEE Mains cut-off . So clearly you are not eligible . Instead of it you can try state level counsellings for states like Haryana , MP , Punjab , Odisha etc .
