Hey,
Both IP College and Gargi College are good at their respective places. Both are prominent colleges of the University of Delhi. Both have got good infrastructure and faculty. However,every college has different eligibility criteria and cutoff procedure. So,be sure of the subject you want  to take admission in. Every College has different deduction of marks policy.
