Yes , your marks is so good in SITEEE you can get admission in CSE, if you not get branch ( CSE ) in counseling frist round then wait and go for next round. I think you get CSE in last round . Don't be panic you get admission in CSE .

Your board is too good . But for getting a seat in Computer Science branch in sit Pune , 80 marks will be considerably less. It will depend upon cut off 2020 of siteee which ultimately depends upon number of candidates appeared in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off.

2019 cut off siteee are

CS 120 marks

IT - 106 marks

E and TC - 75+

Mechanical - 70+

Civil - 60+
