You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you may not get seat in NITs with such rank based on 2019 cut off rank.Please tell us your category if you belong to any other category other than general category so that we may help you accordingly. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of seats available, difficulty of exam, performance of the students etc.
