For a percentile of 93 in jee mains your general category rank should be around 70k. You will get admission in NIT on the basis of your category rank i.e. Gen-EWS rank. It is not easy to predict your EWS rank because it depends on the no. Gen - EWS students that participated this year also EWS is a new quota so its little hard to predict your exact ews rank . By estimation, For a percentile of 93 your Gen-EWS rank should be around 8k or 10k(in worst scenario). With this Gen-EWS rank your chances of getting NIT Trichy is possible, only if you gave home state quota.

According to 2019 NIT Trichy cutoff for home state quota you can get branches like: Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Production Engineering which is great. Only you will not be able to get CSE in NIT Trichy. But as EWS is a new quota the cutoff may vary in 2020 so give your best shot in jee mains in last week of May.
