Looking at your percentile score in JEE and your category you can opt for IIITs in the south for getting your desired branch(only expect to get in the special rounds). You can also opt for NITs in South(however with very low chances of getting admitted) for getting your branch in the Special rounds of Josaa Councelling. You can rather opt for the GFTIs to get your desired branch for sure.
