Yes , if you have a domicile of m.p. then you can easily get the profits of the "medhavi chatra yojana" to pursue your BBA from any m.p.govt.affiliated college.

But, this scheme is only for 12th students who wanted to pursue their graduation studies, not for pg studies.

Thus, for mba you have to clear entrance exams like clat/lsat,etc., to get a seat in any of India's prestigious management colleges like IIM,etc.

So, ultimately you are right now eligible to apply for this yojana to do bba.

Following are other eligibility criteria to avail this scheme other then %ages only:-

1.musthave m.p.domicile 

2.family income less than 6 lakhs p.a.

3.score 75% or above from m.p.board in 12th, or score 85% or above from cbse board

4.must get a confirmed admission in any govt.affiliated college 

So, if you filfill all these criteria then you can get the profits of medhavi vidhyarthi yojana / medhavi chatra yojana.
