Now if we look at previous years trends and try to find your common rank or say it general rank on the percentile then it will be somewhere between 13606 - 15295.

So yes, there is high probability that your rank will be under 15,000.

You should note that these ranks are calculated on the basis of past years Percentile vs Rank trends, so you should not be surprised by observing slight variation in the actual rank and the expected rank.
