Could you please comment down the branch in which you gave the exam and also mention the session.

Getting into IIT;s and NIT's is fully dependent upon the above two cases and also the standard of the paper. Sometimes you can get 65 and could not get into IIt's and sometime someone even get into IIT's with just 50 or 55 marks.

Cuttoff score of various IITs is different as it depends upon branches.You didn't specify your branches which makes prediction tough.With this score you can get IITs if you are from Civil engg, metallurgical engg,etc.If you are from ME,EE,ECE then you may get ,I cannot assure that you get.As number of applicants for these branches are high near about 2 lakhs.But with this score you can get NITs under general quota.Cuttoff of this year may go high as level of paper was little bit easy in comapre of previous year.You can get NITs with this score .
