If your AIR is between 7000-8000(not the category rank) ,then you have very good options to choose from.
You belong to General category,then you can get decent branches in very good NITs(except top 4).
If you might belong to OBC category then you can get almost every branch in almost every NIT(except NITT,NITW & NITK SURATKAL).

With this rank you can apply for ECE branch in engineering.

Also a lot of other good colleges like DTU/NSIT/COEP/THAPAR etc take admission on the basis of JEE MAIN ranks.

So you see a lot of options are there.

Your rank of 7771 is definitely not enough for securing CS branch in any IIT and your chances of EEE or even ECE or EE in older IITs is also very moderate.
Still with your rank and going by the previous year trends you can still get Electrical in some of the newer IITs. Some of these IITs had closing ranks in and around your secured rank.
IIT Palakkad(closed 400 rank above your rank last year), IIT Jammu , IIT Dharwad and IIT Bhilai are some of the IITs where you have a chance. I am attaching an article for you to check last year cutoffs for every IITs in electrical engineering. last year cutoffs in EE. I hope it helps.
