Hey dear to get top college would be diffi task for you I would suggest you to try colleges around Navi Mumbai or Panvel side that would be easier for you to get for IT branch because all proper Mumbai colleges have cut off above 105 approximately.

It's a difficult to say about these. 90 marks is not enough to get good branch especially if you are belongs to general category. if you wanted to get branches like ECE, IT, E&I then there is possibility to get these branches.but if you are looking for core branches like CSE , mechanical and EE etc then there is no chance of getting these branches.i hope you understand it properly.
