Even I am feeling sad to tell you that it was a close miss. In the list they produced on 12th, the took names 4 times the total number of students that can be taken in each category. And percentile cutoff is very dangerous as 7th decimal can even disqualify students. So , most probably you will not get chance this time. Your percentile is pretty good. Don't get disheartened. Try in the neet counselling if you have appeared in neet.
