According to the NTA notification regional language question paper will be provided in that state only. And, the neet would be conducted in 11 languages including hindi and english. Also, if you have applied for your regional language that is bengali, then your question  booklet will come in bengali language and will also contain the english version of each question.

If you have selected Bengali,then question paper will contains questions in both English and Bengali language.

And if select English language,then the questions will be present in English language only.

Thus in your case,there will be questions from two languages i.e. Bengali and English. So even if you find something difficult to understand in Bengali, you can easily check it in the English

If one selects any language other than English as the medium for your  NEET examination then he or she gets the neet question paper in both the language i.e selected by him or her and English.

So , yes if you have selected Bengali as the medium of your neet question paper then you will get your question paper in both Bengali and English .
