Once you set up  a language for your medium of instruction in any type of examination cannot be changed further. If there is any option for changing the medium of instruction in future course of education then  it may be tried for  changing of medium of instruction.Language setup your medium of instruction in Marathi language now you want to change it for any cause into English.For This change you have to send an application with request of changing the minimum instruction to the respective Authority under which you are continue your studies are under which you are going to appear for any entrance test or competitive examination.

Since you have not mentioned the name of application in which you have selected Marathi Language instead of English language, so it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate process. However of this question is regarding NEET UG 2022 Application form then I would like to tell you that even if you have selected Marathi language as the medium of your examination, then also you will get an option to attempt it in English language. So there is no need to worry for this issue.
