Central government never stated that sc cut-off mark should be lower than genral. It solely depends upon the candidate who appeared in examination. In most of the cases genral candidates score higher and the result is their cutoff is higher . In this examination student of sc category performed well better than genral candidates and their cutoff is higher. It is a rare event but feels good.
