Do not worry if you have not received the original copy of marksheet from your college yet. You have to use somethings known as "Digilocker" which is approved by Government of India. In that you can find the softcopy of your college marksheet and can upload it for UPSEE counselling. It is not necessary in this case to carry a marksheet if you haven't received it.

So, if you are applying for UG courses in UPSEE counselling, you will  need to have 10 and 10+2 marksheets, domicile, income certificate, address proof, identity proof , photographs, upsee admit card with counselling fee submission reciept , and if you are applying for PG courses, you have to have your graduation rank card, that's a necessity
