Candidates from any background can pursue BCA course, regardless of his/her subject in 12th.
But there are some colleges that offer admission to candidates who had maths in their 12th and its compulsory for admission while some colleges have no criteria like that. So, practically yes you can do BCA and MCA after BiPC but you will have to check the eligibility criteria of the college in which you want to take admission.
