If you have not completed the form filling of your NEET Application form of 2nd Phase then you can follow the given steps to fill out your 2nd phase NEET 2021 application form :-

**** Now you have to read the instructions carefully and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

**** The personal details that you had submitted in phase 1 of NEET application form will appear on the screen.

**** Edit the details in NEET phase 1 registration whichever is required, if not required then proceed.

**** Now fill the NEET 2nd phase application form - educational, subjects-wise marks, parents income details and whatever details required.

**** After entering the Security pin mentioned on the Screen click on the submit button.
