Dear Student,

In This condition you are eligible to take the benefit of home state quota of both the state.

As the eligibility for the state quota is that you have to pass your 10+2 from that state or if your parents have the domicile certificate of that particular state.

So you are a home state student of Andhra pradesh because you have completed your 10+2 there and also have the state quota benefit of Odisha as that is your birthplace so your parents so they must have the domicile certificate of Odisha.

You can take admission in any of the the according the marks you got in the entrance exam. But you will be eligible to choose only one home state so choose effectively where you will find that you get get good college there.

Good Luck :)
