To get a state quota in any of the engineering branches under state quota in AEEE is that the candidate must have passed his 12th boards or equivalent from that state.
As you have mentioned that you have completed your class 12 from Tamil Nadu, then you will be considered a local candidate for Amrita Coimbatore campus.
Now as your rank is 10160 you can get into any of the branches except Computer Science Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. To get into these branches, you need to have a rank below 5000 in AEEE 2021.
