First of all let me notify you that the state quota reservation is for the candidates who belong to that state or has a domescile for the respective state. So whether you have done your 12th from your belonging state or not it doesn't matter. If you have your domescile from Tamilnadu then surely you can take the benefit of state quota to get a medical seat in Tamilnadu.
