Hello aspirant,

It's okay if you don't have a work experience. Not having a work experience cannot be the only reason for a candidate not getting into IIM. All the IIMs take admission on the basis of cat percentile. Weightage is also given to 10th, 12th and graduation marks.. Since you haven't mentioned the other details i cannot say what are your chances for getting into IIMs. Also if you are focussing on IIMs, so you must atleast get 96+ percentile in CAT.
