definitely they will send mail.

if not then refer helpline through mail them:

I havent received SMS or email regarding confirmation. The bank has intimated me that the payment is deducted and also i check the bank statement which shows that Rs. 1800 has been deducted. I have sent an email to NATA helpline customerservice...but havent received any message from them. I am just worried. I accessed my account which asks me to apply for NATA. How to I tackle this problem. PLease guide me

Hi,

Don't worry!! If the payment is not succeeded you will get an message. Now if you are not getting confirmation page then may be the server is down or any error is occured. Try to login after few hours and check the payment status.
