Generally colleges ask for a minimum of 75% ( BITS pilani 80%) or they ask you to be in top 80 percentile of your board.

If you satisfy either of the above mentioned criteria then I suggest you do not give boards again and just focus on MHTCET. But if you haven't, then you will have to reappear for both and its inevitable.
