The first thing before applying for UPSC is knowing about the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for UPSC depends upon various factors:

• Nationality- should be Indian(for IAS & IPS)
• Educational qualification

Graduation from any recognised University so, as far as you mentioned if you've pursued  your  BTech from a recognised University than you are completely eligible for UPSC examination.

• Age- 21 to 30 years
• No. Of attempts for each- 6 attempts for general category & EWS, 9 attempts for OBC and SC/ST category have attempt limit till the age limit of this exam.
