Dear candidate,
It is completely up to you whether you want to leave that college and join a better college.You would have known by now the facilities of that college and whether you have enough patient coming for practical and the other facilities.
If you think that that is not enough,you can join a better college. Also keep in mind that the one year fees would be a waste but if you have tithe dream of becoming a doctor though a better college and do much more which u were not able to do,go on.
