Your application form will not get rejected if your image is clear.

CBSE has already send the message regarding discrepancy in the photograph to the students which have problem in their image.

name and date are not required but still if u want to edit the image, jst send your application number and  your image with problem and write your problem and jst send it to official jee mains email addres,they will solve your problem within 24 hours by giving you the edit option
