No, no need to change your signature again.
This is because,
Even if you change your image using correction window , it won't be uploaded until Admin approves it.
And,
Admin approval takes time as there are lakhs of students and now that you have already changed your image ,it will be approved soon provided you have uploaded your signature image as per prescribed specifications.

• size :-4 kb to 30 kb

• Full signature

• in running hand means not in capital letters, in jpg format.

• on white paper

• with black ink

So, if you have uploaded image as per specifications then no need to change it using correction window, but if it doesn't meet the specifications then you can use correction window and change it so that it doesn't get rejected by admin.

Now that,

limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

• practising chapterwise questions

• then revising the chapters,

• solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,

• go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
