Hello,

As per the instructions available in the NEET UG 2021 information brochure it is preferred to mention the name of the applicant and date of photograph taken on the photograph. It is not mandatory to mention so your application will not be rejected. If there is any discrepancy in the photograph uploaded you will be notified to rectify the discrepancy through registered Email ID and Phone number.

The candidate must sign and scan it to upload in the NEET UG application form. The signature must be the full name in running handwriting. If you have just signed with initial letter of your name your application might get rejected.
