Yes you can do BCA as a regular course and BCom as correspondence simultaneously. However, both are entirely different fields. If you are Interested in Programming then you can pursue your BCA alone otherwise do your BCom seriously.

Although it seems manageable now, with time you will feel the difficulty to manage both especially as they are very different.

It's better to excel in one instead of being average in both.
