Ill explain this is short. 

BSc honors has one more year to study to improvise your foundation on the subject and also give your a higher hand on theoretical studies in a course. In short, you would have more knowledge than BSc students if you do BSc. (Honors). I would recommend BSc. Hon if you intend to do physics or Chemistry as it would give you a good upper hand when it comes to jobs,etc. If any other subject, take normal BSc.
