To get government jobs, you will have to clear competitive exams. Government exams like SSC CGL, Bank exams (IBPS PO, SBI PO, etc.) eligibility criteria to appear in these exams is student should be a graduate from a recognised university/college.

It depend on you to pursue any of the course (BCA or B.Sc). You should check the syllabus for both the courses and decide wisely.

Also, start preparing for competitive exams along with your graduation only as clearing two- three phases of competitive exams and getting a government job is not easy.
