Hello aspirant,

Total no. Of questions asked in neet in a particular section of chemistry is 45, in which chemistry is divided in organic, inorganic, physical chemistry. Around 15 questions each are divided in the subject which are asked for a topic.

This link will give you more clarifications for weightage of each topic of each subject:

Now according to my experience,  the important topics that have fair amount of weightage are
Thermodynamics(3-4 questions)
Polymers and Bio molecules(1-2)
Classification of elements(2-3)
Solid state(2)
Alcohols and ethers(3-4)
Organic chemistry(2-3)
P block elements(2-3)
Hope this helps.
