There are many choices for you, first you can go ahead with BSC-BEd integrated program, this will be best choice because after completion of this course,you can give CTET or state level TETs, secure any government job or even top  private school jobs. Just based on eligibility of 12th qualification, you can go ahead with DElEd,it's a teacher training program of two years,but this program doesn't allow teaching to higher classes like in case of BEd. You can pursue BEd even after completion of your graduation, so just think about your choices thoroughly and decide accordingly.
