As the JEEMain syllabus is very vast therefore it is important to get reference and help from various sites. Sticking to one particular notes might not help you. There are conceptual questions in the exam ,so you need to focus to build up your concepts first for which you can consider NCERT as notes. You can refer HC Verma volume 1 and 2 for your physics .
