I refered to MTG yearwise questions and found it pretty good and to the point explainations to the MCQs. You can as well refer that. But if you prefer, more of good theory and tricks-tips for answering, you can also refer Pradeeps book for JEE Mains, its good too.

Otherwise you can also purchase Arihant 39 years solved physics paper It will cost you approximately 200 rs.
You can purchase physics chapterwise previous papers from market on nominal price.
There are few web portal which provide free chapterwise questions paper.
