Your fees will be refunded,but that will greatly depend upon the time you are leaving .In that order the refundable money will be reduced at every level.

Example-Lets say you attended the couselling and want to leave the seat after that.

Then the fees for couselling that is around Rs.10,000 INR will be deducted.Rest will be reurned.Also,how much money will be refunded varies from univeristy to university.

So,It will be better you choose wisely  before going to counselling.
