Can the whole fees be refunded if I want to withdraw my fees after taking admission in IPU college ?If u know the criteria pls explain.

No college or university refund you the full fees once you are enrolled in any of their course. They may only refund you 80-90% of the submitted fees after deducting 10-20% amount.
