Indian students may apply for German university based on their jee advance score. however to admission in German public university candidates must hold a certificate of  B2 level of German proficiency. German university has a foundation year program of 1 year duration, if you cleared jee advance test you may skip the foundation course as well.

Yes you can get admission in German university. But after that you have to clear JEE Mains examination and have to clear JEE advanced examination. And you have to clear one year bachalor degree from Indian well known university and got good marks. Then you will be get admission for German university. And German language proficiency b1 level.no more than 2 years gap in your study.
