Hello there,
It is difficult to get admission in PEC college in btech with your jee main percentile. Also your 12th board marks is 60% whereas the minimum should be above 70-75%. You can apply for admission with your 12th marks and sports quota but chances are low. Lastly you can get into the college through admission or vacany quota.
