Yes, you can appear for NIOS class 12th examination even after completing class 10th in 2014. This is because, the eligibility criteria states that the Candidate must have completed 16 years of age to appear in the exam.
Taking about what to Study, that depends on the group of subject combinations or stream you want to appear for. When you apply for the exam, you will be asked for the subject choices. The subjects you choose, you prepare for them. NIOS also provides Study material, you can Study from that.
