1.Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS): If you are not from Madhya Pradesh, you might not have heard of this college but if you are a localite then you must have came across it at some time. Established in 1952, it is one of the oldest Engineering College of MP. Situated in the heart of city, it’s campus is spread across 35 acres. Here 85% of seats are reserved in Home State Quota.

2.Institute of Engineering & Technology, DAVV : IET is the only engineering college under DAVV University, Indore. It is closely compared with SGSITS and the coding culture in both the college is almost the same. It is the 2nd most preferred college in state counselling after sgsits. Here also 85% seats are reserved for MP domicile students. Interestingly it served as the Temperory Campus for IIT Indore for 5 years.
