It all depends on the type of college and the quota through which you are going like government,private or NRI.For government quota fees ranges from 10,000 - 7lakh .And for private colleges it is started from 3lakh -20 lakh per annum.For AIIMS the fees has been only 6000 approx per annum.You may check the link below for more details.I hope it helped
